Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to handle billing, cash transactions, and customer payments efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, accuracy in handling cash, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
Process customer bills and receipts using the POS/billing system.
Ensure accurate cash collection and maintain proper cash records.
Verify cash and other payment collections at the end of each shift.
Provide receipts and assist customers with billing-related queries.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic billing concerns professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.
Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and SOPs.
Coordinate with the Head Cashier and Operations team when required.




Report any billing discrepancies or cash shortages immediately.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Cashier is preferred.
Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems.
Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
