Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students/leads through phone calls and WhatsApp, understanding their requirements, and converting qualified leads into course enrollments.
Key ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer/student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Convert leads into successful sales/enrollments.
Manage and regularly follow up with assigned leads.
Maintain and update the lead database and customer records.
Track the complete sales cycle from initial contact to conversion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Prepare and submit regular sales and lead-status reports to management.




Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Stay updated about the company's courses, features, pricing, and offers.
RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer applications.
Robust follow-up and convincing skills.
Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, BDE, counselling, or EdTech sales is an advantage.
