Packing & Quality Control: Verify order accuracy, customer instructions, packaging, and food quality before dispatch.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock, update inventory, coordinate procurement, and minimize wastage.
Kitchen Coordination: Support daily kitchen operations, production planning, and smooth communication between the kitchen and operations.
Working hours: 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm
