NWe're looking for a backend developer who thinks critically about system design, clean code, and
Nlong-term scalability. You'll be part of a lean, rapid-moving team, responsible for building and
Nmaintaining the APIs and backend services that power our platform.
NThis is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup workplace and
Ntakes end-to-end responsibility for the systems they build.
NWhat You'll Do

Develop and maintain highly scalable backend systems and APIs N
Work with MongoDB and other data stores (NoSQL/SQL) N




Design, deploy, and operate services on cloud infrastructure N
Optimize performance and reliability at scale N
Contribute to code reviews and system architecture decisions N
Collaborate with the tech team in short feedback loops to ship, learn, and iterate quickly. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

Experience: 3+ years of backend development experience N
Languages: Proficiency in Python (preferably Django or Flask) N
Databases: Solid hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar databases N
Cloud: Experience building and deploying on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) N
Architecture: Solid understanding of API design and backend architecture principles N
Code Quality: Obsession with clean, maintainable code and modular design N
Mindset: A "tech purist" approach you enjoy building things the right way, not just the N
