Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Build robust relationships with agents and customers.
Monitor agent performance and improve productivity.
Generate recent business through the agency network.
Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for agents.
Track sales, renewals, and business performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Resolve agent/customer issues and provide timely support.
Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.
Expand the agency network by identifying and onboarding recent agents.
