Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Business Loan / MSME Loan / SME Loan sales.
Prior experience in a Team Leader / Sales Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Sales role will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of business loan products and the lending process.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Positive team-handling, leadership, and communication skills.
Robust customer acquisition and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and market visits.
Should be target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Preferred ExperienceCandidates from Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and other financial services companies with relevant Business Loan sales experience will be preferred.
