Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join the Estorra team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting registered sellers/customers, understanding their requirements, helping them get started on the Estorra platform, and encouraging them to complete their product listings.
Key ResponsibilitiesCall registered Estorra users who have not yet added products.
Explain Estorra and its advantages in a easy and friendly manner.
Understand customer/seller requirements and answer their basic queries.
Guide sellers through the product-listing process.
Follow up with interested sellers and help them complete registration/product uploads.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and responses.
Build positive relationships with sellers and customers.
Coordinate with the team when technical or account-related assistance is required.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident and polite telephone communication.
Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage.
Ability to convince and engage customers professionally.
