Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and handle incoming inquiries.
Explain courses, services, fees, offers, and other relevant information clearly.
Counsel and assist prospective students/customers based on their needs and interests.
Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build a positive relationship with prospective customers/students.
Achieve assigned calling, counseling, and conversion targets.
