nResponsibilities

Handle student and customer enquiries professionally via calls and digital communication channels.n
Guide prospective candidates about MahaRERA Training Programs and certification courses.n
Follow up with interested leads and assist them throughout the admission process.n
Maintain proper communication records and daily reporting.n
Build positive relationships with potential students and clients.n




Achieve admission and sales targets assigned by the company. (Required Skills & Qualifications).n
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.n
Robust verbal and written communication abilities.n
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.n
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.n
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Zoom, and online communication platforms.n
