We are looking for a BDM with robust experience in the diamonds & jewellery industry to drive B2B business across the European market.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and grow B2B clients across Europe.
Manage existing accounts and increase client share.
Drive hunting & farming of key accounts.
Support product development and merchandising.
Track European market trends, competitors and business opportunities.
Lead client negotiations and build solid customer relationships.
Travel internationally for client meetings and trade shows.

Key Requirements




7–8 years of B2B sales/business development experience in diamonds & jewellery for Europe market.
Solid product and merchandising knowledge.
Proven hunting and farming experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
European market/client exposure preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively.
