Ensure the safety and security of children at all times.
Supervise and manage play zone staff and caretakers.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper entry, exit, bookings, and membership management.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Regularly inspect play equipment for safety and damage.
Coordinate birthday parties, events, and special activities.
Support sales, membership, lead generation, and customer retention.
Maintain daily sales and operational records.
Coordinate with the Café, Reception, Housekeeping, and Management teams.
Ensure company SOPs, policies, and operational standards are followed.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with management.
Handle emergency situations calmly and follow safety procedures.
