Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting.n
Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making.n
Partner with cross functional business leaders to optimize costs, improve productivity, and support growth initiatives.n
Leverage analytics, automation, and planning tools to enhance decision support.n
Own financial performance transparency – ensure transparent visibility of drivers, variances, and outcomes across P&L;, cash flow, and key KPIs.n
Provide consistent performance narratives and management reportingn
Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.n
Embed automation and AI across these processes, where possiblen
Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and qualified growth.n

nResponsibilities - Internal Controls and Risk Management

Establish a risk and control governance framework aligned with Bell Canada's policies and standards.n
Drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous controls improvement across the organization.n
Design, implement, and monitor robust internal control frameworks and governance processes.n
Lead enterprise and operational risk assessments, identifying key risks and mitigation strategies.n
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.n
Oversee internal and external audits, including remediation of control deficiencies.n
Strengthen controls over financial reporting, procurement, payroll, and operational processes.n

nQualifications

Chartered Accountant (ICAI), CFA, MBA Finance or equivalent skilled designation required.n
CIA or risk management certifications are an assetn
12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A;, Controllership, Audit, Risk Management, or related finance fu
