Roles & Responsibilities:

· Increase sales

· Managing & inspiring staff to increase sales & ensure efficiency

· Maintaining customer satisfaction

· Ensuring that high standard is maintained for service excellence, health & safety of employee & customers

· Responding to customer compliant & comments and get it resolved

· Regular staff meeting and discuss customer issues, recent initiatives to improve sales.

· Managing Operational cost efficiencies

· Analyzing sales figures & forecasting future sales

Candidate Requirement & Qualification:
Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Store management and sales experience
Leadership and team management abilities
Knowledge of retail operations and sales principles
Any qualification but experience in FMCG retail sales only

Please note that the Store timings are from 10.00 A.M to 9.30 P.M
