Job ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs and NVRs.
Handle CCTV cabling, wiring and basic networking.
Configure cameras for monitoring and remote viewing.
Troubleshoot CCTV, recording, connectivity and power-related issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and service activities.
Install and maintain related security systems such as access control, boom barriers and solar fencing.
Follow installation SOPs, safety procedures and company checklists.
Conduct testing after installation and ensure the system is functioning properly.
Update job status and service details through the company's FSM/app.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely completion of service requests.
Maintain proper documentation and service reports.
Ensure the work site is clean after completing the installation/service.




Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in CCTV installation/maintenance.
Hands-on knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and cabling.
Basic understanding of networking and IP CCTV.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Basic English communication skills.
Positive discipline, punctuality and customer-handling skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required/preferred for field visits.
