Key Responsibilities
Design custom orders based on client preferences (photos, text, QR codes, Spotify links, special memories, etc.).
Use predefined templates and modify them to fit individual customer needs.
Create artwork for acrylic frames, memory cards, UV DTF stickers, and personalized products.
Communicate with the sales/order team to understand customer requirements clearly.
Prepare print-ready files with correct sizing, resolution, and alignment.
Coordinate with production/printing team to ensure high-quality output.
Maintain a catalog of templates and design assets for productive workflow.
Ensure all final designs are delivered accurately, timely, and with attention to detail.

Required Skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva / CorelDRAW.
Understanding of print-ready file preparation (CMYK, bleed, DPI).
Valuable sense of layout, color combinations, and typography.
Ability to replicate trending design styles (Spotify frame, Polaroid layout, music posters, mood cards, etc.).
Robust attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders daily.
