Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage contract labour force, ensuring compliance with Factory Act and Contract Labour Act.
- Handle union negotiations, maintaining cordial relationships with trade unions.
- Oversee workers' compensation claims processing and labour welfare initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation of industrial relations policies to promote a positive work environment.
Job Requirements :
- 9-18 years of experience in plant HR or related field.
- Robust knowledge of contract labour management, factory act, and trade union regulations.
- Excellent negotiation skills for successful union negotiations.
- Proven track record in managing complex labor issues.
