Responsibilities:
Visit customer sites for installation, service and maintenance.
Troubleshoot basic solar/electrical issues.
Inspect panels, inverters, batteries and wiring.
Handle customer complaints and provide support.
Coordinate with technicians and internal teams.
Prepare site/service reports.
Travel to different customer locations as required.
Requirements:
Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or related field.
Basic knowledge of electrical/solar systems.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel.
Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
