Role & responsibilities :
Own end-to-end procurement of medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, pet products, equipment, and operational supplies across Vetic locations.
Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, onboarding, and performance to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels, consumption trends, and replenishment cycles to prevent stock outs and excess inventory.
Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, vendor consolidation, and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Clinic teams to ensure seamless procurement planning and execution.

What were looking for:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Valuable understanding of procurement operations.

• Proficiency in Excel

• Highly execution-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

• Prior experience in healthcare, retail, or startup settings is preferred.
