Key ResponsibilitiesDrive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
Pick up and drop off employees, clients, or company representatives as required.
Transport documents, equipment, materials, and other items safely.
Follow traffic rules and maintain secure driving practices at all times.
Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the vehicle.
Check fuel, tyres, oil, brakes, and other basic vehicle requirements.
Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
Maintain proper records of trips, fuel, and vehicle usage.
Ensure timely arrival at assigned destinations.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
Maintain confidentiality and qualified behaviour while dealing with clients and company staff.
Perform other driving and office-related duties as assigned.
