We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition skilled with hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment. The candidate should have robust expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder management, and handling multiple positions across different levels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle IT and Non-IT hiring across junior, mid-level and senior positions.
Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and close positions within defined TAT.
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Drive bulk/volume hiring and specialized hiring as per business requirements.
Conduct candidate screening, initial discussions, salary negotiations and offer management.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Support campus hiring, employee referrals and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
