We are looking for a responsible and friendly Lady Shop Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our tailoring shop in Perumbakkam, Chennai.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the tailoring shop.
Welcome customers and understand their tailoring and alteration requirements.
Take accurate measurements and record customer orders.
Coordinate with tailors to ensure orders are completed on time.
Follow up on pending and completed stitching orders.
Handle customer queries and provide positive customer service.
Manage billing, order entries and basic cash handling.
Maintain the shop, display area and customer records neatly.
Coordinate delivery and collection of completed garments.
Maintain valuable relationships with regular customers.




Help promote the tailoring shop and encourage repeat customers.
RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
Previous experience in a tailoring shop, boutique, fashion store or garment business is an advantage.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of ladies' tailoring, measurements and alterations will be an advantage.
Must be responsible, punctual and well-organised.
Basic computer/mobile knowledge preferred.
Ability to coordinate with tailors and manage multiple customer orders.
Candidates living in or near Perumbakkam, Medavakkam, Sholinganallur, Sithalapakkam or nearby areas are preferred.
