Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them towards suitable courses and programs. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, counselling, and lead-conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
Understand student requirements, career goals, and provide suitable course recommendations.
Explain course details, curriculum, career prospects, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
Maintain and update lead and admission records in the CRM.
Achieve assigned monthly admission and conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
Coordinate with the academic and student support teams for smooth onboarding.




Address student queries and provide timely support throughout the admission process.
Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust counselling, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and communication tools.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Experience
Experience in admissions, educational counselling, inside sales, tele-calling, or business development is preferred.
Experience in the EdTech or education industry will be an added advantage.
