Counter Staff
Handle orders and billing.
Manage different counters
Operate POS and manage payments.
Assist guests at the counter.
Maintain counter cleanliness.
Follow cash-handling procedures.
Barista / Beverage Handler
Prepare coffee and beverages as per SOP.
Maintain taste, quality, and presentation.
Operate and clean beverage equipment.
Maintain beverage stock.
Follow hygiene and safety standards.
