Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior sales skilled to drive business growth for our Biometric Access Control portfolio in India. The ideal candidate must have deep domain knowledge, solid customer relationships, and a proven track record of building and managing large enterprise/government accounts, channel partners, and global access control alliances.

Responsibilities
Lead India sales for Biometric Access Control solutions; own revenue and market expansion.
Drive recent business in enterprise, government, infrastructure, BFSI, IT/ITES, and manufacturing sectors.
Build and manage relationships with CXO-level decision makers (CIO/CSO/CISO/Security Directors).
Grow and enable partner ecosystem including system integrators, distributors, and global AC partners.
Lead consultative/solution selling, RFP responses, PoCs, and large project closures.
Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and structured QBRs.
Coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing to meet customer requirements.




Provide competitive insights and influence product roadmap.

Requirements
15 years of sales experience in Biometrics, Access Control, Identity Management, or Physical Security.
Strong domain knowledge of access control hardware/software, integration platforms, and security ecosystems.
Established relationships with enterprise customers, government departments, and SI/OEM partners.
Proven ability to close large complex deals and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and customer management skills.
Self-driven, strategic thinker, and capable of leading teams.
Willingness to travel across India.
