Job DescriptionWe are hiring Telecallers / Telesales Executives for Shapoorji Pallonji.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/leads.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Generate customer interest through effective communication.
Maintain proper calling records and follow-ups.
EligibilityMinimum 1+ year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Customer Service, or any relevant calling profile.
Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Valuable convincing, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Candidates should be confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary1–2 years experience: Up to ₹20,000/month
2+ years experience: ₹25,000–₹27,000/month
Salary can be negotiated for exceptionally positive candidates.
