Tele Sales Executive – Interior CompanyLocation: Kadugodi, Bangalore

Experience: 0–2 years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 + Incentives

Incentive: ₹2,000–₹4,000 per successful closure

Job Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads generated through marketing.
Understand customer requirements for home interiors.
Explain our interior services, packages and pricing.
Schedule site visits and appointments.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into bookings.
Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the sales and interior design team.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Sales/telecalling experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.

Working Hours: 8–10 hours/day

Working Days: 6 days/week

Incentives: ₹2,000–₹4,000 for every successful project closure.
