Hiring for HR Executive II MBA OR BBA CANDIDATE I Kalindi Kunj II
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed , Apna app and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offers and assist with candidate onboarding.
Update accurate hiring data and excel sheets and others data .
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Robust sourcing abilities, excellent communication, and positive time management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or MBA
Office Location - Near by Kalindi kunj metro station
Office timing - 9:30am to 6:30pm
Salary in Hand - 22k to 27k + Gifts
Working days - six
Skills - Career oriented , passionate , confident , result oriented , Recruitment experience , Job portals knowledge , Operation work .
