About the Role:
We're looking for an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment as per project/client requirements.
Source candidates via job portals, social media & references
Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Follow up & close offers
Handle onboarding documentation
Skills Required:
Positive communication skills
Basic MS Excel/Word knowledge
Prior recruitment experience
Robust knowledge of profile search on job portals.
Good exposure to job posting platforms like Apna, Indeed, Jobhai, Naukri, LinkedIn
Knowledge of social hiring will be an added advantage.
