nJob Requirements*
nProvide production support for Oracle CPQ applications and quote-to-order (Q2O) processes.
n-Troubleshoot issues related to configuration, pricing, approvals, and quote generation.
n-Analyze and resolve tickets/incidents using tools like ServiceNow.
n-Support integrations between Oracle CPQ, CRM, ERP, and third-party systems.
n-Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities.
n-Perform data fixes, deployments, and regression testing during releases.
n-Work with business users, sales teams, and developers to resolve functional and technical issues.
n-Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
n-Support CPQ enhancements, patches, and recent feature rollouts.
nTechnical Skills
n-Robust knowledge of Oracle CPQ
n-Experience with:
nBML (BigMachines Language)
nBMQL
nCommerce & Configuration modules
nPricing and approval workflows
n-SQL / PL-SQL knowledge
n-REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML
n-CRM & ERP integration experience (Salesforce, Oracle ERP,



SAP, etc.)
n-Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS is a plus
n-Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow
