We are looking for a married, mature, soft-spoken and empathetic female qualified to manage our clients and parents throughout the matchmaking process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client queries, concerns and complaints.
Understand family expectations and requirements.
Identify and share suitable profiles with both bride and groom families.
Coordinate between clients and families.
Act as a troubleshooter and problem-solver for parents.
Follow up on profiles, interests and responses.
Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Present profiles professionally and encourage meaningful interactions.
Maintain client updates in CRM and coordinate with the internal team.
Candidate Requirements
Female, 25–40 years, must be married.
Hindu candidate.
Residing in Hyderabad.
Fluent in Telugu & English.
Soft-spoken, patient, empathetic and emotionally mature.
Positive communication, presentation and convincing skills.
Solid problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working full-time from office.
Having children is an added advantage.
Matrimony/CRM/Client Servicing experience is preferred.
