Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and skilled Multi-Cuisine Chef with minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental cuisines and be able to independently manage kitchen operations and maintain food quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental dishes.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
Handle daily kitchen operations and coordinate with other kitchen staff.
Prepare mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
Monitor food stock and minimize wastage.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
Follow standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
Manage food preparation during busy service hours.




Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
Assist in menu planning and development of recent dishes.
Required SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Chef.
Solid knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Tandoor & Continental cuisine.
Good cooking and plating skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Good teamwork and time-management skills.
Ability to control food wastage and maintain kitchen discipline.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
