We are a growing Surat-based company running two businesses — Yash Imitation (wholesale imitation jewellery, B2B) and Givitas (D2C personalized gifting brand). We are looking for a Sales / E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels and convert incoming business leads.

This is an office-based, full time, long-term position at our Saroli office.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central — listings, pricing, inventory, orders and returns
Handle product uploads, order fulfilment and tracking updates on our Shopify D2C store
Respond to and follow up on buyer leads from IndiaMART — calling, sharing catalogs, sending quotations and closing orders
Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team to ensure orders go out on time
Maintain daily sales and order reports in Excel
Handle customer queries over call and WhatsApp, and resolve complaints and negative feedback
Support B2B dealer follow-ups and repeat order generation
