Leo Tax Filing is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to handle client communication and provide a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international calls with clients.
Communicate with clients through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand client requirements and provide timely updates.
Collect and follow up on required documents.
Coordinate with the tax filing team to complete client work.
Resolve client queries and maintain solid client relationships.
Follow up with clients for pending information and payments.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable handling international inbound & outbound calls.
Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
