Job Responsibilities -
Check products for quality, damage, defects, size, color, and quantity.
Verify products against online orders, SKU, product details, and specifications.
Perform quality checks before packing and dispatch.
Check whether the correct product is packed against the customer order.
Identify defective, damaged, wrong, or missing items and report them.
Maintain daily QC records and reports.
Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
Check product labels, barcodes, and SKU details for accuracy.
Required Skills-
Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and dispatch.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to identify errors and quality issues.
Basic problem-solving skills.
Qualification: Any Graduate must.
Experience ( 6 months to 2 years ) in e-commerce, warehouse, QC is must.
