We are hiring Gold Loan Field Sales Officers to generate customers and grow Gold Loan business in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers for Gold Loans.
Conduct field visits and develop the local market.
Explain Gold Loan products, eligibility and process to customers.
Follow up with leads and ensure loan applications and disbursements.
Build relationships with customers and referral partners.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Coordinate with branch and credit teams for smooth processing.
Maintain daily sales and field visit reports.
Requirements
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in field sales and travel within the assigned area.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, Insurance or other financial sales is an advantage.
