Responsibilities
:Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage bulk hiring and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate database and ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements Qualification:
Any Graduate (HR/MBA preferred).
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply).
Valuable communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Office & job portals is a plus.
