Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HF & Ultrasonic Machine Operator to oversee our fabric-cutting operations. You will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating High-Frequency (HF) ultrasonic die-cutting machinery to produce accurate, high-quality fabric components.

Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup & Operation: Perform complete setup, adjustment, and operation of High-Frequency (HF) Ultrasonic Die Cutting Machines according to production orders.
Fabric Cutting: Execute accurate fabric cutting using die-cutting techniques, ensuring minimal material wastage and zero defects.
Quality Control: Inspect cut components for edge-sealing quality, dimensional accuracy, and consistency against approved templates.
Routine Maintenance: Clean, lubricate, and perform daily preventive maintenance on machines and cutting dies; troubleshoot minor operational issues.




Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to workplace safety guidelines, machine safety mechanisms, and High-Frequency equipment protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience as an HF/Ultrasonic Machine Operator in fabric or garment manufacturing.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of die-cutting processes, die calibration, edge sealing, and material behavior under high frequency.
Material Expertise: Experience working with synthetic fabrics, coated textiles, non-wovens, and heat-sealable materials.
Precision: High attention to detail, solid hand-eye coordination, and visual inspection skills.
