nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive the QA strategy for a complex enterprise modernization programme, covering functional, API, integration, UI, performance, reliability, and regression testing.
nKey Responsibilities

Define and lead the overall QA strategy and test approach.n
Drive automation coverage using Playwright, Cypress, and/or Selenium.n
Lead REST API automation and contract testing.n
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.n
Manage defect governance, QA metrics, and release-readiness.n
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Business teams.n

nMust Have
n
n
8+ years of QA/testing experience with robust QA Lead exposure.n
Hands-on experience with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium.n
Robust REST API automation and contract testing experience.n
Experience with CI/CD, quality gates, regression and integration testing.n
Solid defect management and release-readiness experience.n

nGood to Have: .NET, React, Industrial/IoT platform experience.
