AV Realty is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to drive residential property sales in Lucknow.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling company-generated leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, understanding customer requirements, advising clients on suitable property and investment prospects, negotiating deals, and successfully closing sales.
The candidate will also be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining solid client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Minimum Qualification: MBA
Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred.
