JOB OPENING : Validation Engineer

Qualification & Validation Engineer with Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Packaging / FMCG Machinery
Job ResponsibilitiesManage qualification projects as per customer requirements and prepare the Qualification Master Plan (QMP).
Conduct and document PFMEA / Risk Assessment for machines.
Prepare and execute FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, DQ, CSV and VAT protocols and reports.
Record, investigate, and follow up on deviations during qualification activities.
Coordinate with customers and internal project teams on qualification matters.
Maintain qualification documents, test records, and document status lists.
Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA and applicable pharmaceutical requirements.




Understand electrical/pneumatic diagrams and have basic knowledge of PLC, HMI and sensors.
Support technical changes and update FMEA/qualification documentation accordingly.
Candidate Requirements3–6 years of experience in Validation / Qualification, preferably in Pharma, Pharmaceutical Machinery, Packaging, or FMCG.
Hands-on experience with FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, DQ, QMP, VMP and PFMEA.
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and GMP requirements.
Solid communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Valuable spoken and written English.
Robust attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Willingness to travel to customer/project sites.
