Role overview
Drive B2B sales and market penetration for industrial conveyors and restaurant automation.
Build and manage dealer/distributor networks.
Convert enquiries into orders through disciplined follow-ups and effective communication.

Key responsibilities
Generate leads: cold calls, WhatsApp/email, LinkedIn, referrals, exhibitions, and local visits.
Qualify customer needs and coordinate proposals with design/engineering/production.
Follow up, negotiate and close orders.
Onboard and activate dealers/distributors to expand reach.
Maintain accurate pipeline reports, daily activity logs, and closure forecasts.

Required skills & experience




4–8 years B2B sales experience (industrial/engineering/automation preferred).
Experience in dealer/distributor management and market penetration.
Robust lead generation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Positive to fluent English.
Target-driven, professional, and ethical (no overpromising).
