We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused graduates for the role of Deputy Manager – Branch Banking. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting retail banking products, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting branch business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers for the bank.
Promote retail banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Insurance, and Investment Products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Handle customer queries and ensure high-quality service.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with branch staff to support day-to-day banking operations.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Age: 21–28 years.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in a sales and customer-facing role.
