Key Responsibilities:
Provide deep care and regular consult for best patient success.
Ensure patient's outcome and improvement in the root-cause identified.




Earn trust with patient results & ensure patient retains on the platform.
Generate repeat purchases based on identified root-causes for 3month/6month as per req.

KPIs:
Achieve 60% Revenue Conversion
Get atleast 80% Customer Success
Maintain AoV of Rs.3000

Qualifications:
Min. 1-3yrs of practice and patient renewals.
Certified Bachelors/Masters BAMS Degree or relevant.
High Professionalism and Ownership for patient success.
Positive Attitude for KPIs achievement.
Own Laptop / PC setup for remote working.
