Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and provide support through phone calls.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
Identify current business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales techniques.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify current business opportunities.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Telecaller Executive or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team workplace and meet sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
