Responsibilities :
Identify customers for business opportunities
Follow up with customers for Business Development projects
Build, and maintain solid customer relationships,
Timely customer support Managing the complete order process
Coordinating with dispatch and managing delivery timelines
Co-ordination with Sales Divn personnel
Follow up with customers for Business Development projects
Preparation of MIS & Sales Reports
Coordinating with Suppliers / Principals
Coordinating & communication with customers for inquiries
Update databases, Data entry and CRM management
Follow up for pending payments
Any other responsibilities, if required

Requirements :
Graduate
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with proficiency in English
Only Candidates in Central/Harbor Line /Navi Mumbai will be considered
