Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company.
Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Lead and manage a team of accountants and finance professionals.
Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements
CA qualification is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and laws.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid leadership and management skills.
Experience in the real estate industry or construction sector is preferred.
