Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day operational activities while meeting defined SLAs.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables.
- Develop and automate reports/dashboards using Advanced Excel, VBA, and Power BI.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate updates effectively.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Power Query)
- Power BI (Dashboard Development & Reporting)
- Excel VBA / Macros, Basic SQL knowledge (preferred)
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.); AI certifications will be an added advantage.
