Role & responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute performance marketing strategy across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto and Bigbasket), and other paid digital media channels. Own the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Campaign Management

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, influencer performance partnerships).

Manage marketplace ad investments (sponsored ads, deals, promotions).

Continuously test creatives, messaging, and landing pages for higher conversion. • Data & Analytics

Monitor performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, GMV, Repeat Purchase Rate.
Customer Retention & CRM

Design and manage email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and app push campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with MBA from Positive Institute with Marketing background
