We are looking for a well-presented, organized, and proactive Admin cum Receptionist to

manage front-desk operations while supporting day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal

candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple

responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception area and greet visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, courier, and correspondence.
Manage visitor records and coordinate with relevant departments.
Handle office administration, stationery, housekeeping, and pantry requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine office requirements.
Maintain administrative records, documents, and reports.
Support meeting arrangements, conference room bookings, and office events.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other administrative requirements as needed.




Assist HR/Admin team with employee-related administrative activities.
Ensure smooth and productive day-to-day functioning of the office.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, front office, reception, or a similar

role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional personality with valuable interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with employees, vendors, and visitors.
Presentable, responsible, and service-oriented approach.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in a corporate office setting will be preferred.
