nKey Responsibilities

Lead concept design, space planning and design development for corporate interior projects.n
Prepare and review layout plans, working drawings and GFC drawingsn
Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams and project managersn
Guide architects and designers throughout the design processn
Ensure design quality, functionality and compliance with project requirementsn
Coordinate material selection, finishes and design specificationsn
Support estimation and procurement teams with technical inputsn
Attend client presentations,
design reviews and site meetingsn
Resolve site-related design issues during executionn
nRequired Skills

Solid expertise in corporate office interior designn
Excellent space planning and technical detailing skillsn
Knowledge of building services and MEP coordinationn
Strong leadership, presentation and communication skillsn
